About our Catalogna Chicory (Bunch)
Tall, open, green or red leaf chicory. Long white stems with a fair amount of serrated green leaves. Cook or eat fresh in salads. It is similar to Dandelion leaves.

Tasting notes:
The leaves are bitter, resembling chicory, radicchio, or arugula. Add to salads or cook for a tangy twist to your dishes.
Storage:
We avoid using single use plastic as much as possible here at the farm, however salads and greens will last for longer if kept in an air tight container in the fridge. Keep out of direct sunlight.
