This golden variety of thyme has a mild thyme flavour with a hint of lemon.

Tasting notes:
Thyme has a sharp, almost minty flavour. It is earthy with floral hints and is a little bit sweet and a little bit peppery.
Storage:
We suggest you store all herbs in water like a bouquet in a cool dark place or in the fridge (do not put Basil or Perilla/ Shiso in the fridge)
