Tasting notes:
A succulent, fresh tasting and deliciously pretty winter crop. Leaves have lots of texture and are hugely high in vitamin C. Stems have a delightful crunch. We keep harvesting until it starts to flower so later in it's season you'll also get its beautiful white flowers in the mix too which can also be eaten.
Storage:
We avoid using single use plastic as much as possible here at the farm, however salads and greens will last for longer if kept in an air tight container in the fridge. Keep out of direct sunlight
