Goat Horn Frying Peppers

This very long fruit is slender, curved and twisted like a Turkish sabre. This rare heirloom from Turkey has a very rich flavour, perfect for pickling or frying. Has a light greeny yellow colour but will be redden later in the year after the summer sun turns its skin a blushed colour.
