Crisp, initially earthy and sweet, but then develops into a spicy and pungent flavor with hints of cumin, basil, anise, and spearmint.
Storage:
Any type of Basil/ Perilla (Shiso) should never go in the fridge as it destroys the flavour. We suggest you keep it at room temperature
