Description:
Also known as Agastache Rugosa or Giant Hyssop. The leaves have an anise like scent and flavour and much prized for flavouring meats, sauces and drinks.

Early June to mid Oct.
Storage:
We suggest you store all herbs in water like a bouquet in a cool dark place or in the fridge (do not put Basil or Perilla/ Shiso in the fridge).
