Lemon balm boasts a slightly sweet flavour with a hint of lemon. The tart and sweet combination lends a unique flavour while a herbal aroma rounds out the tasting profile. The gentle, lemony mint flavour pairs well with honey and a slice of lemon.

Storage:

We suggest you store all herbs in water like a bouquet in a cool dark place or in the fridge (do not put Basil or Perilla/ Shiso in the fridge).
