Flourish Flour - Rye

Flourish grains is a partnership between Flourish and Heron Holmes.
Carol our amazing old combine harvester produces perfect clean whole grain which we get milled into flour, taking nothing away. Our Rye is delicious and a wonderful source of protein and fibre.
Our flour is milled at Duchess Farm in Sawbridgeworth, just down the road from the farm.
