


Very tender turnip with a beautiful blush to the root around the base. Very sweet and delicious.

Sept - Nov and Mar - Apr
Tasting notes:
The attractive purple-topped roots have a succulent white flesh and are delicious cooked or simply grated raw in salads. There's no bitter aftertaste.
Storage:
We avoid using single use plastic as much as possible here at the farm, however salads and greens will last for longer if kept in an air tight container in the fridge. Keep out of direct sunlight.
