Tasting notes:
The very sweet and mild flavour means you can almost eat it like an apple. The high sugar content means it caramelises well.
Storage:
We do our best to pack all alliums separately from other produce so that the scent doesn't transfer across, we suggest you also store alliums separately to other items in your fridges so that scent/ flavours do not tainted by the dominant alliums.
